Empty Stomach
Lukewarm Water, Coconut water, Fresh Juice, Aamla Juice, Giloy Aloe Vera Juice, Juice, Moringa leaves, Neem leaves, Basil (tulsi) leaves, Lemon-honey with lukewarm water, and a clove of garlic with normal water.
Start Your Day with Light Breakfast
1) Daliya (Barley,Wheat or Multi Grain)

3) Soaked dry fruits

4) Fresh Juices
5) Fruits Slad or Chaat
6) Curd with fruit and nuts
7) Eggs

Healthy Milk Shake
Take roasted gram (channa), date fruit (khajur), banana and add a glass of milk to prepare shake, consume it every day.

Natural Herbal Green Tea (Decoction)
How to Prepare Herbal Powder?
Take Cinnamon 200gm, Green cardamom 100gm, Black pepper 50gm, Cloves 10gm,Cumin seeds 100gm, Carom seeds 100gm, and Fenugreek seeds 150gm.
Blend all of the above ingredients into a powder and used as and when required.
How to prepare Herbal Green Tea (Decoction)?
For preparing 2 cups of herbal green tea, You may take 1/3 teaspoon of the powder. Add organic green tea, ginger, basils leaves, giloy and Jaggery to boil it with 2.5 cups of water until it reduces to 2-cups.
Finally, filter it into the cups and add lemon juice for test, and medicinal benefits, then enjoy your herbal green tea, having multiple heath benefits. It is beneficial in Common Colds, Cough, Reduce Extra Fats, Boost Immunity, Reduce Stress and much more.
This formulae is slightly modified version of Herbal Decoction, prepared by Shri C.S. TOMAR, who is working in revenue department of Tehsil Vikasnagar, Dehradun, India.
Triphala (Amla, Behda and harad)
Triphala is very powerful combination of Amla, Behda and Harad in ayurveda. It balance three dosha – Vata, Pitta and Kapha. It has numerous health benefits – improve digetions, amla is known for blood purifications, and skin health, they are rich in antioxidant, triphala boost energy level, it is good for eye health, it supports weight loss, it can balance sugar level, reduce bad cholesterol. If over all heath is good it will enhance mental power. Ideally they are consume in equal ratio i.e. 1:1:1 for more details please consult ayurvedic professionals or doctors.
Giloy
The biological name of Giloy is Tinospora Cordifolia. It is traditionally used to treats several diseases such as metabolic and immune disorders, diabetes, heart diseases, cancer, and infectious diseases.
The natural giloy is given to treats long lasting fever, cough it is natural immunity booster. The natural giloy should be consume regularly for multiple health benefits. Giloy is also used in treating persistent long-term chronic cough.
Take a stem of fresh gilloy, pound (crush it well), you may also add small amount of green tea, basil leaves, ginger & jaggary, then boil for five mint, now your ayurvedic tea is ready, consume twice a day continue for at least one week. Jaggary, honey, mulethi, small harad are beneficial for cough because they are considered as anti-cough in ayurveda or (cough nashak).
Basil Leaves
The basil leaves are rich in antioxidants, which reduce stress, it also has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial properties. It improve digestive system, balance sugar level, improve skin diseases, promote heart health and boost immunity. It may be used in green tea or along with giloy and ginger.
Honey
1) Honey has antimicrobial properties used for treating wounds, burns and ulcers.
2) Soothes sore throat and Cough, especially when mixed with warm water or tea.
3) It is rich in antioxidants, reduced stress in body
4) Act as probiotic, and it can be used to treat digestive issue like diarrhoea, especially when mixed with turmeric powder
5) It has both antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, and strengthen the e immune system.
6) It can improve cholesterol level, improve blood pressure.
7) Honey is natural source of carbohydrates, boost energy level.
8) Mix with warm water and lemon juice for to lower body fats.
9) Mix with warm milk and turmeric powder, for normal fever.
10) It can be used in variety of ayurvedic medicines, in multiple way.
Turmeric
1) Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties
2) It can improve blood circulation in your body
3) Enhance heart health
4) It can reduces joint pain due to its anti-inflammatory properties
5) Improve immunity
6) Turmeric is known as natural antibiotics, so it has many health benefits.
7) If a pinch of turmeric is mix with honey it helps in diarrhoea.
Remember do not consume in excess amount, it may cause to constipation problem.
Black Paper & Honey
In case of intense fever (in the night time when medicine is not available at home) – Take 10 black paper grind them to make a powder, then mix one teaspoon of honey and consume it for quick relief.
Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds
Soak fenugreek seeds in a glass of water over night, drink this water in morning along with soaked seeds, it helps in joint pains, it is good source of iron.
Onions
1) It is good very good source of fibre may used in salad.
2) The antioxidants properties and sulphur compound of onions may have many health benefits
3) The fibre and probiotic properties of onions improve digestion and help prevent constipation.
3) Benefits in burn, cut root of onion and apply it to the burn portion immediately.

Pashanbhed (Shilpada)
Pashan means “stone” and Bhed means “to break” So, Pashanbhed literally means “stone breaker”.
It balances the tri-dosha (Pitta, Kapha and Vata) in ayurveda. Pashanbhed (Shilpada) has Kashaya – astringent taste. The botanical name for the Pashanbhed is Bergenia Ligulata, it is commonly used in ayurvedic medicine for its diuretic (any substance that tends to increase the flow of urine, i.e. it promotes urination) and anti-inflammatory properties, along with its ability to dissolve stones in the urinary tract.
The original Pashanbhed commonly found in rocks in shaded mountain slope in Himalaya region, such as Uttarakhand, Himachal etc. It is spread across the rocks of mountains. Its leaves are oval or circular shape, the stems are small thick, with white, pink or purple flowers.
It is traditionally used in breaking down the kidney stones or urinary stones, cleanses the bladder. The leaves, stems and roots are used for various purposes because of its medicinal properties.
It is also effective in treating diabetes, piles, promote wounds healing, relieves pain, dental anxiety or burning sensation, dysentery, reduce fever, detoxifies and treats poisons. It is good for heart patient. Pashanbhed is also used to treat gynaecological disorders, such as leucorrhea (white vaginal discharge), treats excessive menstrual bleeding. It is also beneficial in nerve disorders, paralysis, and leprosy. It is very effective for Mouth ulcers, eye conjunctivitis, ear pain.
